FOS DUORA 60W All-in-One Solar LED Street Light

The FOS DUORA 60W solar street light brings together a monocrystalline solar panel, rechargeable LiFePO4 battery, high-density LED lighting and radar-based motion sensing in one practical outdoor fixture. Its ABS housing and compact pole-mounted construction offers efficient illumination for residential approaches, pathways, entrances, internal roads and other locations with suitable sunlight.

Integrated Solar Charging

The rear-mounted 5V 12W monocrystalline solar panel captures solar energy during daylight hours to charge the internal battery. With the charging system incorporated into the light, there is no need for a separate solar panel installation. Charging time is approximately 7–8 hours under suitable sunlight. Install the panel in an unobstructed location to support effective charging throughout the year.

LiFePO4 Rechargeable Battery

A built-in 3.2V 15Ah LiFePO4 battery stores energy for lighting after sunset. Efficient motion-responsive operation helps manage stored energy over the night. The lighting system is designed to operate for up to one night under favourable solar charging and suitable sensor settings. Backup duration varies with season, sunlight exposure, brightness mode and motion activity.

Cool-White LED Reflector System

The 60W model is equipped with 240 Epistar 5730 LEDs arranged across 3 optical windows. Its cool-white illumination is suitable for visibility along pathways, gate approaches, estate roads and open outdoor areas. Lighting coverage depends on mounting height, pole spacing and the surrounding environment.

Radar Motion Sensor with Dusk-to-Dawn Control

Automatic dusk-to-dawn operation switches the light on after dark and off during daylight. When the radar motion-sensing mode is selected, the fixture maintains reduced standby brightness and increases to full brightness upon detecting movement. After approximately 30 seconds without motion, it returns to a reduced brightness level. This responsive control provides brighter illumination when activity occurs while helping conserve battery energy during quiet periods.

Included Remote Control

The remote makes it convenient to configure the light after mounting. Select from the following operating modes:

• OFF: Switches off the light and automatic lighting operation.
• ALWAYS: Dusk-to-dawn lighting with motion sensing disabled.
• INDUCTION: Dusk-to-dawn lighting with radar motion sensing active.
• 2H: Motion sensing remains off for the first two hours before induction mode begins.
• 4H: Motion sensing remains off for the first four hours before induction mode begins.
• 6H: Motion sensing remains off for the first six hours before induction mode begins.

These options allow operating behaviour to be adapted to differing nighttime activity patterns.

Pole Mounting and Outdoor Protection

The DUORA 60W features an IP65-rated enclosure for outdoor use and a pole-mounting base designed for 50 mm diameter poles. Recommended installation height is 3–5 m; fixture dimensions are 500 × 235 × 65 mm. Mount securely on an appropriate support, taking care to position the solar panel for maximum unobstructed exposure.
