The FOS 5MP + 5MP Dual-Camera Solar CCTV system provides wider outdoor security monitoring with a choice of 4G or Wi-Fi connectivity. Select the version that matches the network available at your installation site.

The 4G version is suitable for farms, agricultural land, construction sites, warehouses and other remote locations where Wi-Fi may not be available. The Wi-Fi version is suitable for homes, offices, shops, warehouses and other outdoor areas covered by a stable compatible Wi-Fi network.

Each option uses the same dual-camera solar security platform with 5MP + 5MP monitoring, night vision, human-detection recording, V380 Pro mobile access, two-way intercom, 360° pan-and-tilt viewing and local microSD storage support.

Which Connectivity Option Should You Choose?

Choose the 4G Version When Wi-Fi Is Unavailable

The 4G version connects through a compatible activated 4G SIM card with an active mobile-data plan. It is designed for locations with suitable mobile-network coverage but without dependable Wi-Fi, such as farms, open plots, remote warehouses, construction sites, boundary areas and isolated entrances.

Choose the Wi-Fi Version for Locations with Network Coverage

The Wi-Fi version connects through a compatible Wi-Fi network at the installation site. It is a practical choice for homes, offices, shops, workshops, parking areas and warehouses where stable Wi-Fi already reaches the intended camera position.

The two versions are separate connectivity options. The 4G variation should not be described as a Wi-Fi camera, and the Wi-Fi variation should not be described as requiring a 4G SIM.

Dual 5MP + 5MP Camera Monitoring

The dual-camera arrangement combines two 5MP camera views within one surveillance system. This provides a broader monitoring perspective than a conventional single-camera format and helps the user observe important parts of an outdoor site from one installation point.

Night vision allows monitoring to continue in low-light and dark conditions. Human-detection recording helps focus attention on relevant activity, making it easier to review security events without treating every ordinary scene change as equally important.

Solar Charging with an 8000mAh Battery

A separate 5V 7W solar panel charges the 3.7V 8000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery during the day. This reduces dependence on electrical wiring and helps the camera continue operating after sunset.

Under suitable sunlight, network and usage conditions, the system can provide approximately 5–7 days of backup. Actual performance depends on solar-panel placement, available sunlight, network strength, live-view usage, recording activity, night-vision use and weather conditions.

Remote Monitoring Through the V380 Pro App

Both connectivity versions work with the V380 Pro mobile application. Once the selected camera is connected, the app provides access to supported functions such as remote live viewing, audio and video monitoring, two-way communication and camera-direction control.

Setting Up the 4G Version

1. Insert a compatible activated 4G SIM card with an active mobile-data plan into the camera.
2. Install the camera and position the solar panel in adequate direct sunlight.
3. Download the official V380 Pro app on a compatible Android or iOS smartphone.
4. Create an account or sign in.
5. Switch on the camera and select the add-device option.
6. Scan the device QR code or enter the device ID as directed.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and test the camera before leaving the site.

Setting Up the Wi-Fi Version

1. Confirm that a stable compatible Wi-Fi signal reaches the intended installation point.
2. Install the camera and position the solar panel in adequate direct sunlight.
3. Download the official V380 Pro app on a compatible Android or iOS smartphone.
4. Create an account or sign in.
5. Switch on the camera and select the add-device option.
6. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to the available Wi-Fi network.
7. Name the camera and test live viewing, both camera views, pan-and-tilt movement, audio and recording.

The exact setup screens may vary according to the installed version of V380 Pro. A smartphone is required for app-based operation. The SIM card, mobile-data plan, Wi-Fi service, smartphone and microSD card are not included unless specifically stated in the package contents.

360° Pan-and-Tilt Viewing

The camera supports 360° pan-and-tilt viewing, allowing the viewing direction to be adjusted remotely through the V380 Pro app. This is useful for entrances, open yards, storage areas, parking spaces and boundary locations where activity may occur in different directions.

Two-Way Audio

The two-way intercom enables supported voice communication between the camera location and the V380 Pro app. The user can listen to activity near the camera and speak through the phone when required—for example, to address a visitor, guide a delivery person or issue a warning remotely.

Local Recording with microSD Support

The camera supports a compatible microSD card with a capacity of up to 256GB for local video storage. Recorded footage can be reviewed later instead of relying only on live monitoring. Recording duration depends on card capacity, recording settings and the frequency of detected activity.

IP66 Weather-Resistant Outdoor Construction

With an IP66 weather-resistant rating, the camera is designed for outdoor use and ordinary exposure to dust and rain. It can be installed on a suitable wall or pole according to the site layout and required viewing angle.

For dependable operation, place the solar panel away from shade caused by buildings, trees or other obstructions. Secure the camera and panel firmly, protect all connections correctly and verify the appropriate 4G or Wi-Fi signal before completing installation.
